What do you think the Israeli expectations are for a positive outcome in Iran versus what the Trump Admin expectations might be as we sit here today?

Second question, do you think that Trump and Bibi are aligned in their goals?

I’ll go…

I think Trump expects to enter a ceasefire, have control over preventing nuclear development, have some semblance of control over who runs Iran and how.

I think Israel desires full scale invasion similar to Iran that lasts for a decade and completely nullifies Iran as a cohesive country.

Israel has more skin in the game. I think Trump tells them “we out” and it’s up to you now. What Trump has done here is said to the world it’s ok to protect yourself. For years it’s been looked down on Israel if they try to protect themselves. See the massacre in October a couple years ago.

I hope we get back to fixing the economy and by all means, get election integrity fixed. The Save America Act must pass!!

If that's what they want, let them do it.

But I said let them do it. We razed the playing field to the ground, did our part. The IDF and Mossad can handle it from here.

Any talk of making a deal with the existing Iranian regime is tactical. All the top leadership has been destroyed. How would anyone talking to the current regime know who they represent?

The war has gone extremely well, there is no advantage to allowing the existing regime to remain in power. I seriously doubt there is any daylight between the USA and Israel. And allowing the Iranian people to choose their next government through democratic means is the goal.

Bibi did say, soon after October 7 massacre, the ME would be changed. I do believe he meant it.

With religious zealotry gone, a positive outcome can be seen. Especially with the Brits, who are now done, no longer controlling or manipulating Iran.

There isn’t any because we do what Isreal wants.

What should happen is we broke them down for you, and Isreal should finish this with their ground troops not ours. They of course view all of our stuff as theirs though thanks to our bought and paid politicians

How many troops would it take to go door to door, in a country twice the size of Texas. The current regime has armed forces of a million men. If a third are willing to fight, it would require a huge force once they begin hiding among the people. It will be absolutely necessary for the Iranian people to be the largest part of defeating the regime on the ground.

Israel wants to end them. The US has done what it has wanted too. If Israel wants to put boots on the ground I say let them do it alone.

bebe wants an iran that is just like syria. a country they have military superiority over. i think it is a fight to the death for these 2 countries. iran would have defeated israel last year but israel begged the usa to get a ceasefire. iran will not make that mistake again. usa should just stand aside.

Israel will never do a ground invasion into Iran. They want us to do the dirty work for them.

As of today, regime change appears to be impossible (which was israel's main goal all along), so the next best thing is to have a dysfunctional failed state that has too many internal problems to spread any influence in the middle east. This is why the israelis want to blow up Iran's energy infrastucture....they are ok with letting iranian civilians suffer if it means having a weak regime.

For Americans, just getting the straigt back open would be a win. there's nothing left for us to accomplish from a military standpoint since we don't want to send in ground troops
