Is it common for firefighters to have their wife, gf, SO., mistress .... hang out at the firehall and spend quality time together?

Usually I’ve only seen one at a time spend time together.

Firefighters don’t make enough money to afford the upkeep on that many women at one time.

Not with the one job but with the multiple jobs they have having the benefit of the hours of a firefighter yeah they can have two separate lives

I’m pretty sure firefighters both cut my grass and work on my HVAC, so fair enough

Recently retired firefighter. Answer is it depends. Depends on the station or department. A busy station or some stations may not allow it during daytime hours. Mine they could, but not just hang out all day, especially on weekdays. Weekends are typically more laid back.

I'm surprised they have the time, what with all the grocery store runs, cooking, movie watching, gaming, and sleeping.

Back when I owned my house three stroke the best lawn maintenance team I had was a neighbor who was a firefighter who would just mow it and Edge it when it needed it no more no less

He had a garage code and access to the beer fridge in the garage don't think he ever stepped inside the house although it wouldn't have bothered me if he had everybody's got to pee

I kinda thought you guys were in open bunks. Are there actually separate rooms you guys have? It'd be kinda awkward to have extra/marital affairs in open bunks.

I never personally saw extra/marital affairs going on. Every station is different. We had some all open bunks, and a few, people had their own rooms

Usually married firefighters have their girlfriend come spend the night at the firehouse.

They’d have been terminated where I worked.
