That punt return in the 4th quarter against Auburn… I’ll never forget that, he sparked that comeback. One of my favorite games. Enjoy retirement DJ!!! One of the last REAL #7s

Man that was the hottest October day I can remember as I sat on the east side melting in the sun.
That punt return and comeback made it alllllllll better.

I’m sure he’s been pretty wise with his money. I think both his parents were educators. IIRC he never missed a day of school K-12. He was a 3 star guy that stuck it out and slowly worked his way up the depth chart here. I’m very proud he was a Tiger. Good luck to him in his future endeavors.
