Anybody getting scam text from the “DMV”?

Saying you have an unresolved traffic violation and to pay through an obvious shady link. It’s one of the more obvious scams I’ve seen.

My FIL has gotten it like 5 times in the last hew weeks. None of the "kids" have. I told him the scammers think he's the only one gullible enough to fall for it
