Kharg Island becoming a U.S.asset you say? Great, first thing President Trump should do? Americanize the thing - stick a McDonald's and a Chick-fil-A on it.

We are, but it isn’t from Iran.
I don’t believe anything right now from the Trump admin on this war. We keep being told we are in control and Iran has no military capability left yet they keep hitting oil infrastructure with missiles
It’s all a load of bullshite and I think we vastly underestimated the regime. We hit them hard and they were reeling initially but it seems they’ve settled in and figured us out and now comes the part where it takes months, not weeks, to finish the job and the high energy prices destroy our economy as we get stuck in yet another quagmire

Yep!! People must remember POTUS Trump, even as a very young man said whenever the USA goes into a country to help that country, the USA will be paid for such activity by the assets of that country. He even claimed if an American citizen or asset is harmed by Iran, you take Kharg Island. He made statements like this over 35 years ago. He has not changed!!

I've said a bunch of times this board is fantastic about being skeptical of MSM and administration gaslighting on certain subjects -- Ukraine/Russia is a good example. There is an alt media ecosystem of military/intel/academic guys telling a very different story that what we are being told by the administration about this conflict. I have no idea what to believe. I still don't after four years of Ukraine/Russia.
