Also very curious how they try to quantize the homes “energy score”. Would need to look at utility usage and square foot. But utility usage doesn’t factory just the home. It would factor how the homeowner operates the home. Can have a high SEER unit but set air to 65 and night vs a low SEER unit house setting it at 74. Plus a house with 6 people will use more energy than a home with 2 retirees.
