If I was a dictator these types of crimes would land you in prison for the rest of your life.
Senseless, opportunistic crimes like this would not stand.
I would view this as nothing and nobody is safe from these people if they have the upper hand or opportunity. For that, they cannot live amongst us.
They would have to tell me an outrageously compelling story about how their lives were overwhelmingly changed for the better after this crime for me to agree to a normal punishment for the crime.
