…we should try to get Master P. What’s he’s done at UNO has been pretty remarkable. His X&Os can’t be any worse than what we have now, and he would for sure be a better recruiter

Yeah he’s currently in a front office role now, but I don’t see a reason to not give him a shot. He has experience coaching future NBA players in AAU ball

No more "Mid-Major" basketball experiments at LSU.
If WW can't be had, go after another Major College "Hireable" HC.
There are many that could be hired at LSU that would be a significant upgrade.
Bringing back McHallman is not an acceptable option!

Master P could arguably be an upgrade. That said, I don't think paying a ransom for a major conf. coach just because he's a major conf. coach is the only approach either.
A large % of the top coaches came to their current schools from the mid-major level. Of the 4 No. 1 seeds ALL have head coaches in their first major conf. coaching job. Expand that to the No. 2 seeds, and 7 of the 8 are in their first major conf. HC jobs. Just because McMahon was a total failure doesn't mean every mid-major coach would be.
