What tips or tricks are your wives using to get grease stains out of your work clothes?
Tired of treating mine like they’re disposable.

Dawn powerwash and sit for a few minutes.
Also my wife bought a shoe stain remover for the kids' shoes and it works pretty well. squirt some on and scrub together and let it sit.
These two don't always work, but the only things I've found to do anything.

Citro 100 is usually available via tactical obtainment from the company… I spray some of that on my clothes and let it sit. Then wash with regular laundry detergent on a super or deep water wash. Might take two cycles to get Orange smell out.
Doesn’t completely remove the stains but definitely lightens them up so they are wearable again.

You just want to scrub in a degreaser, as said. These are normally something like dish soap or something with d’Limonene, which is basically orange oil the natural degreaser from orange peels that is what is used on all of your citrus or orange products.

Treating with Dawn Powerwash or rubbing down with a bar of Dial before washing works most of the time.

Dawn dish soap works pretty good. I’m not sure of her exact process. Also, Folex saved a pair of pants that got covered in deer blood. It may help with grease also.

One option is to pour coke (kind in red can) on stain. Then wash

Folex
This stuff is the tits for most stains. It hasn't worked on any grease stains I've tried though. We keep multiple bottles of Folex around the house due to kids.

I spray the stain with wd40 and scrub it out then wash regular. Works just about every time. Depends on how fresh the grease is though, if it’s baked in there already it makes it tougher.

Grease on Cotton is a problem. If synthetic or blended fabric u have a chance.

Cintas bruh!
Seriously, I've found rubbing with Fast Orange or similar hand soap works well.
Also, I have found that trying to hit them with a pressure washer works extremely well, but is hell on the fabric....which leaves a mark worse than the grease stain itself.

There is a reason most mechanics wear navy blue polyester shirts and pants.

Get some de-solv-it. Comes in spray bottles or can get it by the gallon from Amazon. Might be able to find it at various hardware stores.
I use it to get the toughest stains out, including grease. Spray it on and let it sit over night. Finish up by putting some water and a little Dawn on the spot and lightly scrub it. Rinse real good. Spot should be gone.
De-solv-it is also good to remove glue residue, gum, tar or anything sticky. Once you get some, you won’t want to ever run out of it.

The best I've ever found is GOOP hand cleaner. Rub a good bit on, let it sit a bit and wash.

Lestoil. Can be hard to find in stores depending on where you are so I order mine online. Been using it for years. My kin recommended it to me. My aunts use it for washing coal mining and mechanic clothes.
