Anyone going to the Bananas games this weekend?

I've never been. Saw tickets were $250 plus on stub hub. But someone told me they had face value tickets on their marketplace.
I logged on made an account and sure enough for 3 seats in row 1 of a 500 section. For $40 a piece. So many scalpers on Facebook and stubhub yet plenty of face value tickets still available.
I know it's not real baseball but to sell out the super dome two days in a row is impressive.

Some are $400. But I paid $120 for 3.
I know someone who paid $350 for 3.

So you can buy face value tickets and sell them on StubHub and potentially double your money?

I refuse to pay more than face value for tickets. For anything

Yeah. But your limited to 5 tickets a year on marketplace. So if you want to see the game you won't resale.
I wanted closer tickets. Could have gotten much better ones for Sunday but I have other plans Sunday.

I see enough showboating watch LSU. I swear, when did college baseball adopt extreme flexing and celebrating after routine plays? I guess blame travel ball culture.

Row 1 of the 500 section may not be that bad.

No, that crap is goofy af

I mean is $40 a ticket. $120 isn't much to spend. Figure another 40-50 on concessions.
Even if it's a waste it's something different.

They do it for visibility for sponsorships, clicks, to get noticed more, etc.
I agree it’s pathetic. Same with football or pretty much any sport now. The Olympics are the worst and fencing is the worst of the worse.

This is one of those things people go to because they’ve been fooled into thinking it’s popular.

Drove in from Gulf Shores yesterday.
Took 5 hours…usually takes 3.5.
Got mother in law, 6 yr old boy, and 1 month old boy along with wife.
We got normal tickets that weren’t outrageous, but my expectations are low for this.
Brunch at red fish grill was a 6.5.
Want to leave dome spending less than $75.

If tweet fails to load, click here. What’s the deal with this line? It’s not general admission, right? Fletcher filmed this at 2 and said the show didn’t start until 7. If seats are assigned, why in the world would anyone get in line this early?
