His pitchers missed the plate. How is that his fault? I thought he did fine with management. Saw guys struggling and minimized the damage the best he could. As far as Guidry, he’s clearly counting on him and Guidry let him down.

They didnt play very well, come back tomorrow and clean it up. They're gonna be middle of the SEC it looks like. Need to steal a few games here and there.

Jay will do what Jay does and it’ll be the presumptive right move, but I would use Evans as a Louis Coleman - have him available to shut the door in a high leverage game 1 or have him available to start Sundays depending on how the weekend plays out. Move everyone else up a day.

Pulled him too early. Guidry is rarely good for a 6 out save. Cowan could have started the 8th. He was cruising.

Left Evans in too long. He should have been out early in the third. Pulled Cowan too soon which lead to Guidry having to go longer. Guidry isn't a long reliever.
