You really can't beat it.....although with every day looking like the last might make some little frustrated. Sunny and upper 70's lower 80s....every freaking day.

Id like to know the why's behind this. Especially the Arizona cluster.

Is it the city that makes people happy or is it the type of people that move to the city.

I can believe the cities on the Phoenix metro area, especially Scottsdale.

I can believe Charleston.

No way in Hell is that icebox, Fargo, ND, is number 2.

I can honestly say after traveling quite a bit, going to the west coast and people are generally in a lot better shape, more active, friendlier, and overall happy vibes. East coast and south…people are generally fat, negative vibes, bitching and complaining, etc.

Just overall lifestyle observations. Take it for what it’s worth. I’m sure the list is shite tho and Louisiana is greater than any liberal shithole.

It's almost as if these sorts of ratings are just made up.

I already told you.

The Dakotas, Wyoming, Montana, Idaho...I have been all over all of them in the winter.

Tell me you have never been there in the winter without telling me you have never been there in the winter.

30 below zero is God awful, and it gets even colder. a-hole deep snow. Snow fences on the side of the interstate to block snow drifts.

Now, tell us your impressions of that time you rode over to Elmer's Knob in the next county over.

I can believe Houma. It was popping down there around that time iirc. BR on the other hand…much as I love my town, it certainly hasn’t been a contender for happiest anything since at least pre-Derrick Todd Lee. And not long after they nabbed him, along came Katrina to upend things even more. 21 years later and everyone still moaning about it.

ETA all that said, you couldn’t pay me to live in North Dakota

is it ok that the people who live there and do like it are happy, or no?
