LSU alumni email shutting down

Just got an email stating the @alumni.lsu.edu email service will be ending May 31. I've used this as a primary email since graduating almost 20 years ago. Going through all my account and updating to a new address is going to be a pain in the arse.
Anyone else use this too?

It seems like I remember they once made a big deal about getting an LSU alumni email address.
You might think the costs to maintain this would be slim and continuing this program would help them stay in touch with the alumni base. Maybe someone has some insight.

Everyone who was still using an alumni.lsu.edu email is old enough to click on those HOT SINGLES IN YOUR AREA links and download some ransomware
