I was thinking out of the top 15. If they were playing good baseball and losing that is one thing but it is bad baseball.

I’m surprised LSU is still ranked at all. All losses to non-power 4. But ok, past success keeps them in Top 15.

Why not take a look at other teams. They have also lost some games they shouldn't have.

We frankly havent played anything like a Top 25 team right now, just going on reputation/starting so high alone I guess right now.

There are very few people on this board who look at things within the actual context of what's happening.

13 is generous. Should be around 20 at best

The negaTigers are so disappointed the pollsters didn't "punish" this team enough. The same people who chortle and mockingly tell us thankully baseball starts in a couple of weeks every January after a couple of basketball losses. They have been doing this since the days of Brady ball. Thankfully they are around to help Jay fill out his lineup card and set pitching rotations , its doubtful he has any clue who should be playing.

I would say this is more than fair at the current moment. We have displayed some troubling patterns this season, and glaringly more consistent the past 8-10 games. We have struggled all year to make semi routine plays in the field (bunts, slow rollers, etc). Although some backend pitching hasn’t been great, it has also put some of our guys on the mound in much tougher situations.
I don’t know what to say about the offense. Solid mix of bad luck, poor approach, and flat out missing good pitches to hit. These things of course can change, but it is definitely troubling to see how much we have struggled taking advantage of good situations on offense (runners on base/lead off walks/risp).
At the current moment, I can’t put too much on Jay, he is definitely tinkering with the lineup/guys getting PT that maybe wouldn’t in the heat of SEC play, but some dudes have just flat out not played well/to their potential. We need some leaders to step up in the dugout and we need some guys to nut up and flat out play better. If not this is a bubble regional team.

Should we be worried about USC being undefeated

13 is way too high
Agreed. This is a bad baseball team right now. Hopefully they figure it out.

13? We need to fire Jay now and right this sinking ship.
Singed, Rantards, probably.

I know baseball is volatile at times, but that is a hell of a week there

We had a bad week. That's not in question.
But the dramatics from some people on this board about it seem to indicate that they have zero clue that there may be other teams out there, even highly ranked ones, that also had bad weeks.
ETA: This is an every week, every year thing. It's the same people that were calling me an idiot for saying UCLA was a justified number 1 pre-season team. It's people that don't follow college baseball, they just follow LSU. And they regurgitate shite from people like Moscona who doesn't know his arse from a hole in the ground.

are we gonna host?
Over half of your post and thread creating is trying to troll or you just have pretty bad takes on everything in life. Please stop. 55k+ post and it gets very tiresome.
This is a better post than most of yours.
