The LSU AD should be embarrassed. Both the old regime and the new regime.
Last place out of 16 teams in the SEC for the only sport other than Football that actually is profitable.

And this isn’t some random result after having some good seasons. Every second he remains the coach is a massive mistake. Announce it tomorrow, do not even give the opportunity for some random tournament win over another team playing for nothing to make a difference.

Even if you want to argue he’s just a victim of misfortune there is simply no life in the program because of 4 years of poor results. That’s only going to get worse if you keep him because the fans and would be fans will have no reason for hope. Additionally, players, coaches and donors won’t be incentivized to join in.
It wasn’t a bad hire, on paper, given the circumstances. But it simply hasn’t worked out. I’m sure even McMahon wouldn’t hat a change of scenery
