Watching Tulsa TV live stream and it doesn't look real strong on radar at the moment but it is there.

It skirted downtown to the NW, and really developed as is was just north of downtown.

One summer I worked near Tulsa.
I arrived on Saturday and on Sunday the tornadoes took out the tornado warning center in Oklahoma City. So I x'ed it on the road map. The one Tulsa TV station went off the sir, then another and finally the third.
By that time I had a lot of x'es on my road map.

A couple of weeks later after dark some of us were coming back from southern Oklahoma and there was a vicious lightening storm to our north. Then this big black funnel moved across us, backlighted by lightening moving from west to east. It didn't kill anybody and it didn't even make the late Sunday news.

I don't know how natives can not worry a whole lot.

Right now the radar isn't picking up a debris field, look like the trouble spot is head to south Collinsville.
