China ain't letting us install a puppet regime in iran controlling the oil flow. Not without a fight. China has huge skin in the game with iran oil...thats why they've been supplying iran heavily since the 12 day war.
This is gonna get ugly as China will want a say in who's controlling iran ...trump has made a monumentally awful decision for us.

Boo! Get over yourself. China just gave the cold shoulder to Iran. They also get oil from the Saudis and others in the Middle East.

How is China going to project power to Iran?
Take a quick look at a map.
Then contemplate their supply chain situation given our air and naval power with satellite overwatch.
Then overlay that with what’s happened in Ukraine/Russia in a drone warfare engagement scenario to exposed ground forces.
It’s not feasible.
To even attempt it would result in a biblical slaughter.

You really think Trump and Rubio haven't already been on the phone with Xi this whole time? I can assure you China is most well aware of their position right now and have been for the past 14 months or so and its somewhere between not good and totally f'ed. Hell, just a couple weeks ago Xi survived a Valkyrie-esque military coup and since he has made absolutely certsin that the only decision makers left are him and his lone hatchetman Chief of Staff Qai Ci. When you only have yes men and the only one left you trust is your executioner as your 2nd in command, this is not a viable longterm power structure.
