Per the survey results obtained by ESPN, this year's report cards are based on responses from 1,759 players. All players who were on a 2025 roster at the time of the survey were eligible to participate, and it was conducted from Nov. 2 to Dec. 11.

The owners won a grievance against the union to keep the findings private, but results leaked anyway.

Overall rankings:
1) Miami Dolphins
2) Minnesota Vikings
3) Washington Commanders
4) Seattle Seahawks
5) Jacksonville Jaguars
6) Las Vegas Raiders

11) New Orleans Saints

22) Dallas Cowboys

27) Kansas City Chiefs
28) Cincinnati Bengals
29) Tampa Bay Buccaneers
30) Cleveland Browns
31) Arizona Cardinals
32) Pittsburgh Steelers

The Raiders scored very high as an organization, but their coaching staff weighed them down. Chip Kelly scored an “F” as offensive coordinator.

The Commanders used to finish near the bottom under Dan Snyder, but now they are one of the highest ranked franchises under the new regime.

As a Dolphins fan, I'd rather be 32 here and #1 on the field. Our organization is garbage.

The players ranking Dan Quinn (A+) and Raheem Morris (B+) ahead of Sean Payton (B) and Jim Harbaugh (C+) tells me their opinion is absolutely worthless.

They ranked the Dolphins, a perennial dumpster fire, as the top organization in the league and the Steelers, a model of consistency who haven't had a losing record since 2003, as the worst organization in the league. Mind boggling stupidity.

It's a survey of whine-asses who earn generational wealth while playing a children's game, take the results as seriously as that.

Some of these are pretty surprising.

Seems like if the coach is a pushover, they are getting and A.
Outdoor fields are getting low grades.

Also, Patriots Travel with an F?
I wonder what is up with that.

I’ve heard the jags as an organization has taken a complete 180 in terms of culture.

It's one of those grades where you have to take it with a grain of salt. Many players only know 1 organization and/or HC; and majority only know a handful. So, they can only grade them based on the little information they know and how they feel about those organizations/coaches. They aren't necessarily grading Quinn/Morris against Payton/Harbaugh.

Pretty much. Mike McDaniel got an A+ last survey for a reason, and it wasn't for going 8-9

For reference players only rate their own organization. So the Dolphins "#1" ranking comes entirely from retarded Dolphins players. It's not a meaningful measure across teams

The point of the report cards wasn't to be comparable or even sensical, it was just to publicly shame teams towards the bottom in certain categories with the hope that the shame would prompt them to fix things

Of course we are the #1 team for players, we pay over inflated past their prime/injury prone losers and haven’t won shite in 25 years!!!!

Ask the fans how they think fins ownership is doing.

Dolphins at #1 makes sense because McDaniel seems like the kinda dude who would let you party at his dads house and drink all his booze

So all the grass fields are getting dinged and all the good teams are the ones whose facilities aren't five star resorts.

And Mike Brown must have punched a couple of wives in the face to get F minus in the treatment of families category.

It's stupid to not understand this is people surveying where they work not whether the team made the playoffs.

The Steelers' locker room was graded an F. Players reported that it "has only five bathroom stalls for the entire team."

If you work there stuff like this is pretty important.

And I say good.

The NFL holds its fans and host cities hostage financially at every turn, so it's good to know that part of the reason certain teams are annual doormats is bad management.
