Not to hijack, but while this quote is evil, he's doing exactly what it takes (in his mind) to punish someone for eternity. That's what you have to do, use their faith against them. That's why I've said every terrorist and Muslim military combatant that is killed, we should take their body, cremate them, and spread their ashes on a pig farm. That'll eventually stop the problems. The die hard Muslims will never like you at least make them respect you.

So long as we don't have boots on the ground, casualties will be minimal. How can you put a price on taking out the country that is the number one sponsor of terrorism, that wants to develop a nuclear weapon to use against anyone that does not agree with their ideology?
