It is not about IQ…work ethic is the problem among these union employees.

USPS is a welfare program for the workers

They aren’t union employees, they are govt employees, although not sure which is worse

My everyday mail lady does excellent work. It's an absolute shitshow when they send subs out for her.

I would sign up for USPS just to wear those tights.

Yes, the United States Postal Service (USPS) has a heavily unionized workforce, with approximately 726,000 employees covered by nine collective bargaining agreements across seven main unions. These unions negotiate wages, benefits, and working conditions for employees, including mail carriers, clerks, and maintenance staff.

Apparently nothing at all... Because if it did, a lot of people who work there wouldn't have a job.

Apparently higher than mine.
As a Veteran I was supposed to have job preference for federal jobs.
Several years ago, due Carters attack on Nuclear Power, I was laid off by TVA. I thought ,I'll try the Post Office.
No! I wasn't female, a minority, or been recently in conflict so I wasn't allowed to even take the test.

I worked the flight deck of an aircraft carrier and now have two decades of employment with USPS behind me.
It’s no different than thousands of other places of employment. There are good and bad workers and there are some not as intelligent as others in our 600k + workforce.

Most I've had the pleasure to deal with,............let's just say that it's obvious that the standards are not a very high bar.
