Ate one from the gas station the other morning and was pretty good. I didn’t read the label but I’m assuming it’s not the healthiest snack in the world.

Wife ordered some and am gonna eat these for breakfast when I wake up late and don’t have time to cook my eggs for breakfast.

They are awful and full of garbage. If you want something like that just make a shake with 50 grams of whey isolate and throw three or four Oreo’s in it at least then you will be getting actual quality protein.

Ingredients:

Enriched Wheat Flour (wheat flour,niacin,reduced iron,thiamine mononitrate,riboflavin,folic acid),Protein Blend (vital wheat gluten,pea protein,rice protein),Chicory Root Fiber,Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (unsweetened chocolate,sugar,cocoa butter,dextrose,natural vanilla extract),Cane Sugar,Invert Sugar,Vegetable Glycerine,Palm Fruit Oil,Sunflower Lecithin,Natural Flavor,Baking Soda,Salt,Xanthan Gum,Guar Gum

That's a lot of crap. I really try stocking to 3-5 ingredients max. But 90% of what I eat is whole food/ animal based.

don’t have time to cook my eggs for breakfast.

6 eggs (beaten)
1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
1/2 cup Parmigiano-Reggiano
Salt/ Pepper to taste
*Spinach if you want

Mix all into muffin tin & bake 20 minutes @ 350
Macros: 95 cal/ 9g protein...6g fat/ 2g carbs

Make 12 of Sunday, grab 2 each morning all wee. Greek yogurt makes them fluffy & adds bonus protein. Mini protein bombs.

Easy and cheap.

You already knew the answer. If it tastes good it is probably not good for you.

Macros aren't great for what they advertise. They taste like arse too. Here is quest cookie to compare to and I think tastes 10x better. Lower in fat but a bunch more sugar than Quest. Not something i'd be eating daily, but for a random snack, it is whatever.

Absolutely terrible macros for what they claim to be . And they taste horrible

people must buy them based on their name and not their content
