You can use internet in jails to access a secured messaging system to family/friends, watch movies, listen to music, read books. shite like that, but I've never heard of them having open access to the internet.

Because Epstein was not actually in jail. He was in one of those country club jails. He was allowed to leave evry morning to go to his office and run his businesses then go back at lights out. He basically just slept there.
