Listening to 680 The Fan (ATL sports radio) this morning and heard an ad for paycheck advances. I didn't even know those existed. How poor must one be to need an advance on a paycheck? I wonder what the fine print is on such an ordeal.

They've on nearly every corner and have been around for 20+ years.
Insanely high interest rates and fees. Those places set up in the hood and prey on the poors.

A dude I knew in high school posted a picture of his neck tattoo. He was mad that the tattoo artist had messed it up and was complaining that his life was ruined. He was in jail for a while for B&E so I don't think the shiddy tattoo is what ruined his life.
