I hope Trump uses the settlement money to pay for the ballroom since Dimon refused to contribute.

Bring the pain. Make them pay, Mr President.

That's a violation of banking laws. I don't see how he loses this one.

Jamie Dimon

According to Andrew Sorkin's book, "Too Big To Fail" Dimon was one of the villains of the 2008 financial crisis

At the recent Munich Security Conference, Dimond in a discussion said he was a globalist. So yeah, he de-banked Trump because that's what the fellow globalists wanted him to do.

And that (as well as the publicity it would generate) is why I hope he declines to settle.

Yet, JP maintained accounts with Jeffrey Epstein for years even after his 2008 conviction.

His highly paid lawyers will tell him to stroke the check and bend the knee. The real Teddy was a trust buster, but the guy occupying the WH now has no fricks to give.

Good luck with that. JP Morgan Chase owns about one zillion companies that depend on the federal government in some way, shape or form. They will settle.

What laws? I thought they were free to de-bank anyone they wanted without any stated reason.

I debanked JP Morgan Chase shortly after they debanked Trump. I told the local reps why I was doing it, too. The rep tried to talk me out of it, and here was his closing pitch: “I looked at the website of XYZ Advisors (the company I switched to) and it is six white guys in their 40s and 50’s. You know as well as I that a diverse group will make better decisions than a group without diversity.”

I was floored by that. Imagine thinking that was a winning argument for a guy who was pissed you were debanking conservatives.

They cannot deny for political or religious reasons

Yeah, but if they don’t have to state their reasons how do you prove they did?
