Buddy of mine from New York was in over Mardi Gras and made this. Never had it before, but it is very good .

One of my favorite dishes to cook, I would recommend thickest cut chops just so that the sear is solid

Same recipe works really well with skin on thighs and Italian sausage…chicken vesuvio
