If he raises taxes the 9.5% or whatever has been thrown out and continues being exposed for the shitstain he is, I wouldn't doubt if there is a recall petition that gets the needed signatures by the end of this year.

Libraries should absolutely be cut. Huge waste of money. Give everyone within a particular jurisdiction online catalog access to the books people want to read. But brick and mortar libraries have turned into multimillion dollar homeless shelters in every major city in America. Technology has changed and it's not 1920. People aren't going down to the library to look up atlas data anymore.
The New York public library system budget is $480M and the Los Angeles system is $270M a year. Wrap your mind around those numbers. It's absurd.

I can't speak for new york, but the library system in shreveport is top notch. Thousands of kids and adults utilize their countless resources amd programs. Actually one huge bright spot that the government does
