What a huge relief the elimination of these tariffs will be for my company and employees. Higher wages, new hires (3 already since India deal), better cash flow to pay vendors faster, lower prices to US customers. Hope it sticks!
And if we somehow get a refund, we will pay about half back to US companies that we passed it on to. Other half we absorbed. Will use that to grow and create jobs.

He mentioned 4 different statutes that have been confirmed over and over as supporting the power to impose tariffs. They have 4 more ways to not only implement tariffs, but also boycotts, embargoes and seizing goods.
