So Trump only lost one tariff & the Supreme Court verified the other tariffs are ok?

The Supreme Court said 1 of his methods wasn’t allowed, but confirmed that the others are.
So all he did was increase the cost on the allowable tariffs to make up the difference, and his remaining tariffs are now certified allowable by SCOTUS.

I can’t remember exactly how he worded it but Kavabaw did say something to the extent of there’s other avenues to do what Trump wanted to do tariff wise and that court only concluded that he just picked the wrong one.

Anyone who thinks this is a victory for Trump is dead wrong. There are about to be a whole boat load of individual and class action lawsuits from Americans who want to recover the tariffs that were paid.
