Imagine making that post after your team just lost to the school that he's the head coach of now.
And do these frickers not realize how absurd it is to credit Golding with that win for a team he didn't build and an offensive staff that wasn't/isn't his? It's weird to me they're acting like Golding is some HOF level coach because of 2 wins (1 of which was essentially gifted to them). It's easy to ride that momentum, especially when you can use the "us vs the world" type mentality. However, sustaining success is much more difficult, as I believe Golding and Ole Miss are about to find out.
Golding isn't the coach they're trying to make him out to be and the whole college football world knows it, but some hate Lane so much they refuse to admit it.

Is that the same Ole Miss coach who got outcoached and had her team completely blow it in 4th quarter?

“Say Goodbeye” kind of like her 13 point lead going into the 4th quarter? Irrelevant arse program/University. Kiffin was a big supporter of her program, and still gave her compliments after leaving Ole Miss, but once again Ole Miss takes the low road.

I didnt take Lanes post as being disrespectful or anything to her. But if LSU came calling, she'd take that same trip down the road that Lane did.

Early this morning, in a now deleted tweet, he tagged the Ole Miss women's basketball coach and said something about LSU helping attendance or congratulating Ole Miss for keeping the game close early or something like that...it wasn't anything memorable, but he was probably trolling.
That apparently caused the Ole Miss WBB coach to nuclear melt. Very apropos for Ole Miss I must say.

I love being OM's daddy at this point. They have surpassed ULL with the little brother syndrome. The copium with Golding is great. I think I could've won at least one CFP game by being a warm body for that team.

After their last game, the Ole Miss coach mentioned they needed better crowd support. Lane replied saying LSU coming to play there for their next game would help that.
After the game, he tagged the Ole Miss Coach and thanked LSU WBB for helping give her what she begged for (a huge crowd).
She did not take it well.
Lane has since deleted that post since it struck such a huge nerve with the ole Miss coach.
Long story short, Lane likes to have fun on Twitter, was joking around with an old colleague, and people get all up in arms upset lol. Keep in mind this is the same Ole Miss coach that complains about how hard their schedule is like every week.

I miss the days when adults acted like adults. Social media is the worst thing to ever happen to society.

CKM added to it in her post game presser. She thanked the large cry for coming to watch LSU

Ironically, the coaching buzz is that Coach Yo will be the top HC candidate this offseason for some big time, but underachieving WBB programs. She's gonna be another one to bolt from that stepping stone school.
Gotta love it.
