New Tennessee stadium is complete.

The Box is not fitting for the top program in college baseball.

While I do agree with you, upgrades/a new baseball field is not remotely close to a priority in the athletic department right now. The box how it is right now is here to stay for a while.

The stands, seats, and stadium experience are more for the fans. As long as the players have the great facilities, equipment, support, and coaches thats all that matters. Alex box is not a shite hole like most are making it out to be.

Long live the metal bleachers! ??

The Tennessee stadium is brand new. Why shouldn’t it better than ours that at the time was state of the art? Same with State. Much newer than ours.

Whatever it costs to upgrade Alex Box, we should save.. then give to Kiffin to rent more players

The Box is a dump. It’s in the bottom half of the SEC which is pretty sad for the top program in the SEC

You forgot Arky, Florida, UK, OU, USCe, Vandy, Bama. All with major upgrades or new parks since 2019.

The Box was behind a team or 2 the year it opened. It makes me so sick, the best fricking baseball school in the SEC has aluminum bleachers down the lines and in the outfield. EMBARRASSING

Ever been to Cameron Indoor Stadium? I can assure you, the top players in the sport don't go to Duke because of how nice Cameron is.....likewise, they aren't coming to LSU because of hiw nice the Box is (or staying away because of how nice it isn't)

You’re right. Let’s rebuild the old box. We won there more.

our fans have to have something to bitch about. Not a single opposing fan visits the box and thinks "wow, this stadium blows." quite the opposite actually

It’s big. That’s all it has going for it over most other parks. Suits. Common. Club level. Common. So grandstands. Common.

It had size in its favor when it was built. That, and none of the stadiums at that time had amenities like what we are seeing added to the most recent upgrades. I’m sure it would have been better if it had been built a few years later (after Bertman retired), but unfortunately that’s not how it went.

As much as we want it to be, the Box will not be a priority for a while. That’s just how it is with rev share taking athletic dept funds and putting them in the hands of players now. Basketball needs more help and sooner. That’s just reality.

I didn't see their Intimidator. Maybe I need to zoom in? Nope. Still nothing.
