Yesterday some proggies here were fapping over the possible doomsday numbers.

They are just going to claim the numbers are lies

Interesting that they're not talking about the DJI as well.

In January, federal government employment continued to decline (-34,000) as some federal
employees who accepted a deferred resignation offer in 2025 came off federal payrolls. Since
reaching a peak in October 2024, federal government employment is down by 327,000, or 10.9
percent.

This was always the Bessent/Trump plan. Those numbers are encouraging. If it keeps going like that there will eventually be a consensus that the economy is on the repair. That needs to be the case by late summer. There is plenty of time. What we need is a few more months like that resulting in a hot labor market and a further easing of mortgage rates.

Why not?
That's exactly what you do every time someone shows you numbers that are unfavorable to your dogma.

It’s humorous how often the anti-DJT types on the board end up with egg on their faces.
Oh well, they remain committed and devout to DJT failing so they’ll move on to the next thing like a pack of tiny yippee dogs.

While better than expected 15 years ago it was generally accepted that 250k people entered the workforce per month to keep up with population growth. Now that there seems to be a trend towards lower birth rates I’m not sure what is expected

Approximately 150-175k jobs are needed monthly Just to replace those jobs that are vacated due to people retiring/dying/etc.

PLUS : Border is sealed. Murderers and perverts and illegals are being rounded up and shipped out. The military tranny & DEI crap is being cleaned up (I.e. international respect). Stock market is booming.
Call me crazy, I’ll take it over Kamabla and Timmy Tamps any day of the week.
