So is the head coach. LSU has proven not to have been the right place for him. It’s time to pull the plug. You can’t lose by 30 at home in the fourth season.

He may be. I don’t see him coaching, but I see players on the court who have few skills, are soft, and have low BB IQs.

Well…, unfortunately I don’t think they are going to.

Who recruited them?

Him and others in the program, but that’s irrelevant to my point. Different coach doesn’t necessarily mean better players.

Bad head coach, bad assistant coaches, and bad players = a bad team!

really looked like a bunch of faster and stronger athletes flying around vs slowpokes.

time for a change.

We’ve had 40+ different basketball players over the last 3+ seasons. There has been one constant.

Just a heads up. You’re fighting a losing (and absurd) battle here. In case you didn’t know, there is a shady behind the scenes cabal putting together the rosters. McMahon has no say in the players. He’s just been forced to try to coach them.

Save yourself the trouble and avoid trying to figure out the asinine logic that is about to flow out

He was preempting their argument. CoachMc bears zero responsibility for anything.

In the second half we had a possession that I think we four or five attempts to make a basket in one trip and did not make it. That's just awful playing by the players. However, they are only as good as the Coach coaches them.

I haven't been a hater and won't start being one know. However, Verge needs to make a change at the end of the season (which is after the Dance).

“We’ve got talent”
Says the uninformed … always been his #1 problem… can’t talent evaluate

Again…maybe, but that’s the only constant. The other one has been consistently bad players! Now you can blame MM for that, but maybe it’s not him. Maybe it’s the program; there are plenty of people involved and many factors that go into recruiting. Maybe that’s the best LSU can get with the program they have in place.

I don’t disagree, but it’s not the coaches fault the players can’t score. You can’t coach what they don’t have - talent and skills. You can either play D1 basketball or you can’t. I guarantee you Calipari is not coaching his players how to make layups.

Are they really - They are the same players that almost beat Arkansas over there two weeks ago.

I'm not saying we have the best roster in the SEC, but it looked to me like the effort and want to is lacking at this point, and that's a much deeper problem than relative talent - and once you have that - it's hard to get it back at this point.
