Maybe if she spent more time teaching and less time dyeing her hair, the kids might know something...

Maybe teach your own kids.

Yet they demand raises at every turn.

Pay should be dependent upon performance. We have teachers here - shitty teachers mind you - who are paid over $100K/year

My kid made Eagle scout at 13. I think we're doing OK...

I think it's not only a failure from the parents/students, but also from the schools.

These schools and teachers (backed by the teaser unions) have jumped the shark. I wouldn't let my kid attend a school where they hire purple haired weirdos to teach kids.

No. He EARNED it himself.

Should I apologize for having an above average kid?

Something tells me ole purple hair is part of the problem she’s bitching about.

But of course she won’t ever admit that.

Since liberalism took over, the quality of public education in America has steadily declined, while the costs per student continues to climb.

Covid screwed a lot of kid's education up. That entire pandemic has so many ripple effects people are just now realizing.

Anybody who works in education who isn’t focused on liberal indoctrination can tell you we’re screwed as a country.

Conservative states are starting to wake up to it but its going to take some massive swings to fix.
