If he is still here this time next month, you’re correct.

The ambivalence of the fan base is deafening. As long as that's the case it makes it much easier for the decision makers not to care.

The 15-20 of us on this board who are angry about it won't move the needle. The ambivalence of the masses speaks much louder to them that they don't really have to act with urgency or be diligent and proactive because most don't care and are not paying attention.

At this point school
Will lose more money keeping him than firing him. Mens BB is only sport other than football that makes money even with a terrible product. LSU can’t afford much longer for it to be irrelevant

It's not LSU, it's the donors. If the donors don't approach the AD with checks and a plan, nothing will happen. Do the major donors have the appetite for another buyout this academic year? Are there enough basketball only donors to foot the bill?

They found money to give MM for NIL since he wouldn’t raise money on his own. They should shake the same trees to end this bullshite a year or two later than it should have ended.

Its Not! End of Discussion! We can either be really good at Football and Baseball or Suck at Both and Be Good at Mens Basketball? I will take that trade off.

LSU was up 33-16 ten minutes into the game and then proceeded to get outscored 67-38.

That had to be the nail in the McCoffin

When properly excited with the right coach we absolutely can win at all 3. The problem is if Temple doesn’t like the coach then he isn’t lifting a finger to help.

I’m 41 and I’ve seen maybe 2 or 3 seasons of really good LSU basketball. For all other seasons LSU has had mediocrity as its ceiling, give or take a win or two. Even through the Shaq years. All that to say, LSU basketball has never been important.

Will Wade had four really good seasons. Then you also have the Brady sweet 16 and final four. TJ winning the sec but shafted on seeding.

Tennessee- football made playoffs, basketball is always in tourny, baseball won a nc and went to the supers

Florida - football is down but not from lack of caring to spend that has more to do with poor coaching, basketball is rolling and baseball always good

Texas

It is 100 percent possible with the amount of money the sec makes plus our pool of boosters which includes a few whales and then hundreds of thousands that can toss in money.

Now can we do it while paying out the arse for WBB? I’d still say yes since that is floated by tv money and will get more.

We 100 percent could be good at all despite the mess Scott created with his contracts
