I've always been a fan of Huggy Bear, but bringing a 73 yr old drunk with heart issues to southern Louisiana probably isn't a great idea.

There’s got to be a mid-major coach out there who could approach the Todd Golden pattern and for a start, get this team to the dance two out of three years.

Ole Miss may not make the tournament in a down year for the SEC. There are other Wade, Dusty May, Todd Goldens out there. Verge just has to find him.

Even if you limited the list of possible short term coaches to washed out old former coaches who once had some success long ago- he'd by my 31st pick on that list.
