The Rox were celebrating National Girls and Women in Sports day.

Good for him. Refs on all levels of basketball are terrible. I called for 5 years in the Beaumont association. I got out because the guys I called with didn’t know the rules and take pride in their jobs. Just drawing a check. At the NBA level you should be perfect and go unnoticed. To many of them want to put on a show. College and high school is on another level of crap. Definitely no accountability on the high school level. Screw up go to the weekly meeting and laugh about how bad you are. In Louisiana the only association I know that is working to get better and move to another level is Shreveport . They actually do on court work during the season it’s called practice just like the teams do. But those sorry zebras will be getting another raise. So I don’t feel sorry for them at any level. If you want to not be called names to your job correctly and go unnoticed.

To be fair, he doesn’t speak English very well and probably doesn’t fully understand what he’s saying. He couldn’t speak it at all when he was drafted, so whatever he knows he’s learned in 3 years or so.
