Considering going to one of the upcoming scrimmages. Might take the family. Is the concessions open? Can we bring our own snacks? Is it free to get in? Is alcohol allowed to be brought in?

No concessions but you can bring your own food and drink in. Yes it's free to enter.

Just be aware that there is no trash pickup and most garbage cans are already overflowing so bring a bag or something to pack out your waste.

When they scrimmage another team, the concessions are open. Frankly, for some of the scrimmages, they would actually make money if they opened a small stand. They are that popular.

Now that we know Jay doesn't want it posted online it wouldn't do any good. If that was the case, it seems like he would have told you that when you talked to him about the information that you post each scrimmage so you (and N2daWild's bpb) could have omitted the velos.
