frick it lets just hire a black guy every time there’s an open job.
Maybe that will make them happy.
Let’s be real - nothing will make them happy.

In the meantime, zero white anthem singers, god bless America singers, or halftime performers

I say fire Goodell and replace him with a black guy.

Modern day slavery. They’ll trot out some local kids from Oakland to sing alongside some military members. We will get a gospel choir to sing the black national anthem, hand out a million dollars in scholarships to some impoverished youngsters, and all will be well.

If you're a black coach with an interview in the NFL, do you think to yourself, "is this a Rooney Rule deal or are they actually interested?" every time you get a call? I just feel like these forced interviews don't really benefit anyone.

I suppose the could uncover a diamond in the rough, but I would be insulted if I was interviewed to fill a quota. These owners want to win and make money doing it. Hiring a less-qualified white coach doesn’t help accomplish those goals.

Well it was blacks and Mexicans that conquered this land and turned into the greatest country in the history of the world. Oh wait…

It’s all exhausting. We want more programs.

Who’s we?
Do whatever work you want, queer. I have a family to raise.

Imagine how low you must feel being black and not getting interviews

I can hear him sobbing because Sanders is a dude.
Roger wanted him SOOOOOOOOOO badly in the NFL

Incoming font size increase for the end zones.

You can make a serious argument that Glenn and Bowles should have been fired, but likely weren't bc they are black. So, Roger is right. There is more work to do. Black Head Coaches are still given a longer leash than White Coaches. Hell, even Tomlin was allowed to resign instead of being Fired.

11% rules the rest. What a clown world

What they really need running things is a black, female, lesbian or Trannie.
Then all the people who don't watch football will be happy

Only one I can think of for sure is Lovie Smith. Bears were all in on Saban, and when he decided to stay at LSU they went with Lovie because he impressed them in an interview he wouldn't have had otherwise.
He did better than he gets credit for in Chicago. Three division titles and a Super Bowl appearance in 7 years, without an elite quarterback.

Can’t get hired if you don’t get interviewed.
Year after year we see as many mediocre retreads as we see first time hires. So the idea that owners are looking for “the best” is flawed.
