1. Monken isn't getting offered a head coaching job by anybody else.
2. Jackson and Sanders are different people.
3. They're not tailoring the franchise to Shedeur.

Some of y'all need to do more than just Google stats.
He took over an absolute shite show from Ellis Johnson who tanked the program in a winless 2012 season.
Monken left after 3 years, in which he improved the team each season to 9 wins his last year.
Whatever he's been or done since then is whatever, but he did a good job at USM, however, he then started job hopping.
