Omar Attack all but Confirmed as Staged

They charged the man with 3rd degree assault. Which, according to Minnesota state law requires serious bodily harm.
They overcharged the guy. It should have been charged as 5th degree assault.
He will skate and this was a staged event.

Give it a few days and it all will come out. Nobody and I mean nobody on social media is buying this and sees it for what it is. It’s actually refreshing.

Yep. I don't think there's any question about it. What he did does not rise to the level of 3rd degree assault in Minnesota.
