LAWYER UP”: Former DOJ Chief of Staff Issues Grave Murder Charge Warning to Lt. Gov. Peggy Flanagan
The legal walls are closing in on Minnesota’s Lieutenant Governor. Following the explosive revelation that Peggy Flanagan allegedly operated as a “dispatch admin” for the radical ICE-interference network under the handle “Flan Southside,” one of the nation’s top legal minds has issued a chilling warning about her future.
The Felony Murder Warning
Chad Mizelle, former Chief of Staff at the Trump DOJ and Acting General Counsel at DHS, stated plainly that if the Signal chat is tied to the Alex Pretti shooting, Flanagan is in "serious trouble."
Mizelle explained the "felony murder" reality: if you are involved in a conspiracy—in this case, interfering with federal ICE operations—and someone dies as a result, every participant in that conspiracy can be charged with murder.
Mizelle clarified that the law applies even if the person who died was a member of the group, like Alex Pretti. Being the "admin" of the coordination network makes the legal liability inescapable.
From "Direct Action" to Federal Indictment
As the dispatch admin, "Flan Southside" allegedly oversaw the real-time tracking and doxxing of federal officers at locations like McDonald's and local apartment complexes, creating the violent friction that led to the fatal shooting.
Mizelle’s warning underscores that being a sitting Lieutenant Governor does not grant immunity for participating in a criminal conspiracy to obstruct federal law enforcement.
In a blunt message to the State Capitol, Mizelle advised, “LG Flanagan better lawyer up. She may have some federal agents who want to talk to her…”
The "ICE Watch" isn't a game anymore—it’s a potential murder case. When the second-highest official in the state is caught running the switchboard for a mob that gets people killed, the federal government has a duty to act.

And nothing will happen. Not even a strongly worded letter.

I hope there ends up being something there
But 90% of the MAGA/conservative movement right now is some former MAGA official telling some podcast about how the walls are closing in on _______
It's annoying

And now you know why Walz decided it's best to cooperate with Trump.

It's a LARP, cosplay, always has been.
There's so many free beer tomorrow threads on here, I honestly cannot keep track anymore. The next shiny news story causes me to forget the other ones. Its pretty genius of the Republicans, honestly.

Welcome to 2016
This is a pretty insane stretch of the felony murder doctrine, too. Why they debase themselves to sound tough to idiots is beyond me.

Just think how stupid OP has to be to think that an actual murder charge will be brought against her.
I'm not saying no charges will be brought but it definitely wouldn't be a murder charge.

Talk is cheap. Put her in a camp already

I am not current on the happenings in the last couple of days, but have they proven that she/he/it was actually Flan Southside?

Fun fact!
In almost every state, Minnesota included because I just looked it up, any death that occurs during the commission of a felony can constitute a "murder" charge for those involved in the felony. If it was felonious action that facilitated Petti's involvement at the scene and directly led to his death, watch out "Flan". You just might catch a big charge here.
Her best chance at this point is to come clean, deflect whatever involvement she can, and pray that the fed allows her to cooperate.

Obligatory, "nothing will happen." I hope I'm wrong. I don't know that she needs to be charged with murder but she should do prison time. Insurrectionist c unt.
