The Democrats seem to have embraced the concept of State’s Rights albeit misguided when it comes to illegal immigration which is a Federal issue. It’s important to remember we are a Republic.
Course when there is another Democrat President they will forget this because it will be (D)ifferent.

With the media running 24/7 cover and swaying the minds of the masses, it genuinely doesn’t matter that Dems flow back and forth like this.
It literally does not matter.
It literally does not matter.

Courts said:
1. They don't HAVE to assist feds with fed laws
2. Also said the CANT enforce fed law within their borders
Meaning: black robes said the only thing a state can do is ignore non-enforcement of fed law. That's the only choice they have been left with.

But they still have to enforce state law. That’s the oath that they swore to.
They are NOT allowed to just sit idly by while violent mobs riot and attack ICE agents. That's dereliction of duty and perhaps violating the civil rights of those ICE agents.

I think they've always supported guns, they just have always wanted to be the only people that have them.

But how do you do that when the political power in a state are the agitators refusing to help with fed law and refusing to enforce laws against those who help them?
The politicians have turned "who polices the police" on it's head. Who enforces the laws when the law givers, including judiciary, is in on breaking the law.
