Now, I won't defend Prittis choices. If you engage with and resist police while carrying, you may well be shot if they think you're trying for your weapon while resisting. Thats on him.
However, Pritti was a CCL holder and he was within his 2A right to carry that gun. I don't like this defensive messaging administration officials and conservative influencers are putting out that you don't carry a weapon to a protest unless you have ill intent. That's a shite line that stomps on the 2A. It's the same line libs pushed about Rittenhouse. "Oh he showed up at a protest with a gun therefore he was looking to kill someone."

If you are legally carrying a gun and (intentionally or unintentionally) get near an ICE operation, an anonymous masked agent has the right to kill you with complete immunity. This administration has made that crystal clear.

Where the line was crossed was when he interjected himself into a physical confrontation with a federal agent. Once you do that you are no longer a protestor.

If you are a CCL holder, you have a right to carry your gun with you anywhere they are legally allowed. Now... it gets trickier if you bring it to a protest, get apprehended by ICE and then apparently attempt to use said weapon you brought.
What I believe you are supposed to do is...
a) not act a fool
b) raise your hands immediately and tell them you have a ccl license and are carrying and tell them where your gun is so they may remove it from your person until everything is cleared up.
Do those simple things and you are very much still alive.

Minnesota law says you must carry your permit. He wasn't legally carrying. He had a weapon with extra mags at a protest.

Your logic is correct, but liberals are too stupid to understand nuance in different situations. I can’t see anything in the video so I’m going to withhold judgement on the situation. This is also something liberals are incapable of doing. Let’s find out exactly what happened. The guy has a right to carry a pistol to a protest assuming he followed the state/federal laws. If during his struggle he was reaching towards it to use it we will find out eventually. Both things can be true. I’m going to wait and see.
