What is it going to take before people realize Zachary will be the new Baker?

The demographics are already drastically shifting in the wrong direction at the public schools and we see that best with the declining academic performance and degenerate culture taking over. Based on my research, the middle-class enrollment in Zachary is reaching new lows each year. And unfortunately a lot of black middle-class kids are not much different than their lower working class counterparts ... really not a huge difference if we being honest from academic performance to behavior
The Republican conservatives won't be able to control city government for long as the demographic shifts continue to happen. The DDs (destructive democrats) will likely eventually come in and destroy all the hard work they've done. They gonna takeover the school board first (almost there) and then work their way into city gov't.
None of the N. EBR is a good investment based on current trends except maybe Central. Anything outside of that ain't looking good for the foreseeable future in my eyes. I think it's wise to sell before it's too late ... homes in Zachary still go for a decent price right now

Well yea. That’s how it always works. As cities grow the nice areas will always have to shift
Hey St Francisville, the Baton Rouge filth is coming for you

Oh look, yet another asinine politically charged thread that should not belong on this board.

I hope not. St. Francisville is a nice place. At some point people will have no other place to go.

Yep. It’s unfortunate. This wasn’t the case just a few short years ago.

I guess it's only natural when so many people only ever think about politics. it's nearly inescapable.

I spent a lot of time in Zachary when I was a boy. My grandmother lived on Lee Street across from the Masonic Lodge (formerly the original Zachary High School of which she graduated in 1914). She died in 1980 and I've hardly been back since. I've heard it's changed quite a bit since then and not for the better.

It's closed. Unless you have 750k minimum for a home.

Zachary === New Orleans East
A nice middle class suburb that eventually collapses

I would put Zachary a step above NO East but NO East was a nice place to live before all the section 8 housing took over.

Well that’s what happens when white folks basically stop having kids.

But that’s Zachary’s future

Black women birth rates are now actually below White woman for the first time like ever actually. Black women getting abortions at abnormally high rates is causing a major shift.

Most of the bad seeds are multi-family homes that buy these houses. Usually one family can't buy

Oh, we realize it. Trust me. Thanks DR Horton.

As the black population increases so does crime, violence, decreasing of home prices, and the decreasing status of public schools.
