If there was a serious issue, we wouldn’t have signed him.

But yes. The black magic won’t hurt.

Go on YouTube and look up Moscona’s interview with Brandon Taylor from about a week or so ago talking about Lisfranc recovery if you’re anxious about this.

I think Taylor said he had surgery in October maybe and was back in practice on February but can’t remember exactly

It's gonna be fun to watch Husan Longstreet and Landen Clark run this offense during the spring. They are both capable of doing what Chambliss did for Ole Miss this year.

You let Leavitt heal but it's not like you do another Garrett Nussmeier type situation where he plays hurts. Next guy up.

I think Taylor got hurt against Bama so early November. Very similar timing. His didn’t have the fractured bone but I’m not sure the bone damage adds any more time to the recovery.

The title of the OP made me think of the line from a ZZTop song that goes "She was mumbling to some howling wolf / About some voodoo healing". The irony is that the song title is "My Head's in Mississippi."

It’s likely he will be fine. If not then we will roll with the other 2 QBs we signed.

If for some reason Leavitt can’t play we will move the ball just fine. The other QB’s may make more mistakes and have less of the playbook but we will score points.
