A New York state judge ruled that New York City’s only Republican-held congressional district was drawn unconstitutionally, ordering a new map. Judge Jeffrey Pearlman concluded that the Staten Island-based 11th District, which is represented by GOP Rep. Nicole Malliotakis, diluted Black and Latino voting power.

Soooo, once again, it’s ok to redistrict if it benefits the Left. Got it…

Has there ever been a ruling that voting districts "dilute white voting power?"
Are people not sick of this blatant hypocrisy? Are we going to pretend like they don't gerrymander on behalf of other races because whites vote too Republican?

A judge citing the constitution so that the left can gain power.
“But this is what they’d do to you if we didn’t have the constitution”
Lmao
I’m sure SFP will be all over this.

And the Indiana GOP folds re Redistricting. Trump needs to crank up the rallies well before the Midterms Primaries. Or he can whine when Dems take the House and he’s Impeached. Again.

SCOTUS looks like clowns for allowing this crap to continue.

More of their “No Standing “ bs. They are laying the groundwork for irrelevance.

Race should not be a factor in redistricting.
Population and geography only. It’s not hard to do.

The Judge has been a Democratic operative for decades. He was Hochul’s counsel. He has been the legal advisor to Democratic campaigns and organizations. He’s a shill dressed as a judge.

Will he be in 2 Threads making the same nonsensical posts about this?

He only posts disagreements with “the board.” There’s no endorphins found for him in agreeing with the board.

One of these justices who is tasked with protecting your rights given by the constitution was (chosen specifically because she was a black woman) pretends to not know what a woman is for the sake of determination of constitutionality.

I have yet to hear a good explanation for that other than the GOPe wants to lose.
Hopefully the Louisiana case will end it all.
