She is very wrong on that last part.
The vast majority of countries require voter ID.

Because Rich Black people see poor black people as worse than retarded.

They dont know them, they don't hang out with them, they dont go to school with them.

How in the hell do they get cellular service without showing an ID?

Make it where they receive zero government assistance if they don’t have an ID, and they couldn’t bus ‘em fast enough to get they cards.

Because they are democrats. Black independents, conservatives don't have this problem.
