HB863, introduced Jan 13, 2026, eliminates mandatory minimum sentences for various crimes, including rape, voluntary manslaughter, assault on law enforcement, possession/distribution of child pornography, repeat violent felonies, certain drug offenses, and firearm possession by felons.
