The number is based on nothing concrete. Its reverse engineered from a bullshite survey. Details below. Actual number of self deportations could be less than 1% of the figure hyped by Noem.

Funny story. A guy I know works for the MTA and was driving one of their trucks. An illegal immigrant thought it was an ICE truck and came over wanting to be arrested because he was living on the street and wanted to go home.

Regardless, we have so much more to do.
American baws need this work. Not some illegal that sends most their cash back to China and Guatemala.
The fundamental problem is our very own State Department pays NGOs to recruit and process these illegals. We do it to ourselves. That needs to stop.
And while we are at it we need a moratorium on legal immigration too.

I know several people involved in immigration - from attorneys down to illegals themselves.
They are sh*tting bricks that they will get nabbed and there has been a flood of initial immigration attorney meetings to get the paperwork filed so they can stay. It takes awhile naturally, especially if you're messican.

Truth is... you're never going to get an accurate number when dealing with "undocumented"... especially when city and state governments are doing all they can to shield even the existence of these people.
