Going to be a problem for someone the next 10 years. I was wrong about Williams. He has all the tools. Just needs to develop a little more and improve on his accuracy

It's probably 50/50 that they are a playoff team next year in the modern NFL with a first-place schedule.

Exactly. They’ll probably go 6-11 next year. That’s the NFL year to year.

Ben Johnson lost the game for Bears. All you have to do is call QB sneak on the 3rd and 4th and shorts and they win that game easily. They got stuffed on some idiot play calling.

He sucks but he has the best coordinator/head coach in the NFL so he Will put up good numbers.

No doubt. And No doubt Caleb needs more refinement.

But Doyle needs some work as well. He needs to call something only for the first down on the Bears last drive. If that was the call, Caleb should’ve ran or checked down.

I just don’t understand throwing deep into traffic when you need about 15 yards and the run game/short passes were working.

Why would they not roll Williams out at least? Give him the run/ pass option

Yep. Straight drop trying to hit a dig across the middle is the last thing I’m calling in that situation with that personnel. Not playing to his strengths.

It's the first year of Caleb and Johnson, things are only going to get better. Dude has all the tools and Johnson is a good coach.

Bears haven't peaked, we're just on the rise. Exceeded expectations this season.

The Bears strength seems to be their defense.

For next season, I look for the Saints to be in the mix.

Wut? Their defense was straight poop. Just a lucky very plus turnover ratio that will regulate back to normal next year and we'll see 6-11/7-10.

I predict the Bears will go heavy on the defense this draft and in the FA market. Offensively, the pieces are in place.

This Bears team and Caleb has won me over this postseason; by the last INT I was yelling “what are you doing?”

I see what Williams was thinking - that Moore was going to cross Curl’s face and be fairly open. But that’s still a big risk to take that far down the field; just hated the call.

Caleb reminds of Cam Newton. Good luck.

The defense is statistically one of the worst in the NFL, except for forcing turnovers. They're a big reason why the Bears needed so many miracle comebacks from the offense. Dennis Allen was a good enough DC to get the most out of his personnel, though.

If they sign some pieces on defense, Caleb continues to improve, and Johnson stops being cute/aggressive with playcalling instead of sticking with what's working, the Bears should be good for a while.

Williams has all the tools, but doesn’t have the brain to play the game within a system, or at least has not shown an ability to.

He makes amazing plays when things break down, but struggles to follow the game plan and make the throws called from the go.

If anyone will fix him, it’s Ben Johnson, but I have a feeling this is a year much like CJ Stroud’s rookie year and same for JD’s last year. They made plays happen when the offense broke down. When the offense ran as called, not so much.
